Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries *
  • 1 g banana room temperature
  • 60 g Greek yogurt **
  • 120 ml water
  • 120 ml milk or almond milk or oat milk
  • 15 ml maple syrup or honey
  • 120 ml ice
Garnish
  • 1 g frozen raspberry for garnish
  • 1 g mint leaf for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces.
  2. Blend until creamy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. If desired, garnish with a frozen raspberry and a mint leaf.
  4. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.

Notes

This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack. You can substitute the Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt to make it vegan.
