Smoothie Ingredients
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 170 g vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 pieces fresh peaches pitted and chopped up

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Using a blender add ice cubes.
  2. Then add yogurt, honey, banana, and fresh peaches.
  3. Blend till all is completely blended and you have no more chunks of ice in mixture.
  4. Pour in glass and ENJOY!!

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, you can add more honey or use ripe bananas. This smoothie is also great with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
