Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale packed tightly
  • 375 ml Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • 225 g frozen mix of mango, pineapple, and kiwi chunks
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 0.5 ml lemon juiced

Method
 

  1. Add the spinach and kale to a blender with the Almond Breeze and blend well.
  2. Add the frozen fruit, ginger and lemon and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk, or for a thinner consistency, add more almond milk gradually. Feel free to substitute the frozen fruit mix with your favorite fruits.
