Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 240 g whole frozen strawberries about 10 large/medium
  • 60 g nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 g almond butter or peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 10 g honey plus additional to taste (optional)
  • 5 ml pure vanilla extract
  • 180 ml unsweetened almond milk

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight jar (the less air, the better) and refrigerate for up to 1 day.

Notes

For a creamier smoothie, add more Greek yogurt or substitute with your favorite milk. Adjust sweetness with additional honey if needed.
