- To a blender, add 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 banana, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and 1 pitted Medjool date. Blend until smooth. (If needed, you can thin with more milk).
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a handful of ice cubes. Adjust the sweetness by adding more dates if desired.
