  • 240 g blueberries
  • 1 g banana (frozen)
  • 360 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 15 g almond butter (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 60–120 seconds.
  2. Taste the smoothie. Add more milk if it's too thick, or sweetener like honey, agave, or pure maple syrup if you like. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, add more frozen banana or a handful of ice cubes. Perfect for a refreshing start to your day or a post-workout treat.
