Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 g unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 g bananas sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Layer banana slices over the cooled crust, then pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  7. Chill the pie for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, top with whipped cream before serving. You can also substitute the graham crackers with digestives for a different flavor.
