Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Layer banana slices over the cooled crust, then pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Chill the pie for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, top with whipped cream before serving. You can also substitute the graham crackers with digestives for a different flavor.
